40 weeks and counting. WHAT?!

How can this be??!!  I really didn't prepare myself to go beyond the due date of June 18th.  Here we are 3 days later, and it doesn't seem like baby knew about the due date...  or he is just being lazy and isn't ready for his big day!  Well, I AM!  If my little guy and my body don't start progressing, we'll have an induction next week.  Not my first choice, but I will do what is best for the baby.  Just want him healthy and in our arms soon!!  So, here is the 40 week belly.  Seems to be popping out and dropping a bit?  Maybe?  I am hoping so!!

39 weeks!

Isn't it amazing how many maternity shirts have horizontal lines!  Everyone knows you don't wear horizontal lines to help make you look thinner... 

Oh well.  No reason to fight the bump!  39 weeks!  I can't believe it.  Still doesn't seem real...  Not until he is here.  And no progress on the name yet...  Part of me wants to see him first to choose a name, but then it might just be harder!  Just like all hard decisions, it would be nice to already know the right decision to make...  Maybe it will come to me in a dream! 

Can't wait to meet this little guy.  What do you think he will look like?  Red hair?  Blond hair?  Blue eyes like mine, or green like Ryan's?  Ryan is convinced our little guy will be a red head, but I'm not so sure.  I'm leaning more toward a blond baby, but anything is possible right!?  Can't wait!!

April Showers

At the end of April my cute Mom decided we should do a family baby shower since baby sister Tiffany was coming for a visit with her darling new twin boys!  Most of the CA family hadn't seen the new babies yet so we made a party of it!  It was so fun and my mom and my cousin Melodie were all over it!  Delicious food!  Fun games!  Plenty of amazing gifts!  Plus my sweet family!!

36 1/2 weeks belly

Here it is in all its glory...  The belly at 36 1/2 weeks.  Can't believe it is so close, but it still seems so far away!  Can't wait for our little guy to arrive!!!

34 weeks!

Here it is in all its glory!  The 34 week belly.  It is beginning to feel tighter and seems like baby boy is growing faster.  Some clothes that I could wear before, with my wee belly, don't work so good any more...  It is also really startling when I see my belly from the side!  No more waist!  (well, that has been gone for a long time now...)  6 weeks to go!  Hopefully not more than 7 :)

Fearsome Foursome

It has been many years, but we were able to do it again!  The Fearsome Foursome Reunion!  Thanks to Amy Isom Zinn, the four of us were able to get together at the end of March at the Zinn's house for a weekend of FUN!  We hoped for better weather, but it didn't matter, we still had a great time!  We even went bowling!  The only thing missing was our dress up box...  Looking forward to the next reunion!

31 weeks

9 weeks to go!  (Or less...)

I can't believe we have such little time left before our little guy arrives.  Seems like there is still so much to do and so much time, but I know it will come fast.  Still feeling pretty good and my doctor says I have been lucky to have no major complaints.  I do feel really lucky!  Feeling harder pushes and kickes these days which I enjoy!  We are so excited!  Can't wait to see him and finally give him an official name!  (Ryan is still calling him Fisher...)  Oh dear... 

27 weeks!

Yep...  getting bigger.  Pictures are fuzzy, but I am guessing I look the same fuzzy or not.  Still no names for the little guy...  hard decision.

Utah Olympic Park

Obviously I am super behind on the blogging but just found this photo and thought I'd share.  We spent a few days in Park City last summer for a Winn Family reunion.  It was a blast!  We did a lot of really fun things, mountain biking included of course!  We also spent some time at the Olympic Park.  Ryan and I decided to do the bob sled.  It was a blast!  It was short lived for what is cost, but we had such a great time! 

Almost 25 weeks!

What do you think?  Is my belly growing?  Doesn't seem like it to me, but then sometimes I look down and think - "where did that come from?!"  I am about 24 weeks and 4 days.  Thanks to my dear friend Joelynn who just had a adorable baby girl, I am able to borrow some of her maternity clothes.  Thank goodness!  It is so nice to have options!  Thanks Joelynn! 

I am beginning to feel aches and pains in my hips.  I don't usually feel it until I try to sleep and then my hips scream out when I have been on the same side for too long...  I then switch to the other side and try to sleep as long as I can before that hips screams out for a break.  I have about 3 1/2 months left to go so I am hoping with a little more exercise and yoga I can ease the pain I am starting to feel in my hips and back. 

Still no name.  Still not much progress in the baby room, but we have been lucky enough to have been given lots of things to use for our first little guy.  Crib, car seat and lots of clothes.  Thanks family for sharing with us!  We are off to Colorado this weekend to see the Reed clan.  Should be fun as long as we can stay warm!  Here's to a fun weekend!

115 days to go!!

Here it is...  the belly.  Only 115 days to go!  These photos are of my belly at 23 weeks and 4 days.  Can't believe I have a belly!!  Feeling the little guy kick a lot more.  Last night I actually got one that hurt!  Sometimes, if I am watching at the same time, I can see my belly more with the kick.  Ryan has felt a few, but it is hard for him to feel it through my skin.  Still can't believe it is our baby.  So excited for him to be here, but anxious about having a baby.  So far so good though!  Happy days!

The Middle

There you have it!  My middle at 22 weeks pregnant with Baby Boy.  Names suggestions are welcome since we can't decide on a name we both like...
