Vegas, Day 3
I love that Ryan likes to post stuff on our blog. He makes all our adventures sound so much more exciting with the fabulous details he ads in! Guess you will always be wondering which part is true or not...
Day 3 was our departure day. I have to say that I slept so well while we were away. I loved sleeping in and getting up whenever and not having to be anywhere. This is how day 3 began. Then, we packed up and drove over to THE GUN STORE. This place allows guests to shoot fully automatic weapons, which are illegal in most states. Ryan was REALLY excited about that. We both got shirts too as part of our shooting adventure package! We each shot three different types of guns. It was a fun place, but maybe a little overpriced...
My package including shooting an AK, and they gave me a pink one... just for girls! Plus it had a hello kitty sticker to boot!
Ryan with the SAW. He liked this one... It was so huge they had him set it on the counter top to shoot! Crazy!
Ryan did pretty well on this target, until he hit the hostage in the head... Oops!
Not bad on this one! My target (not pictured) just had one person. Good thing because if there were too, they both would have been dead. My aim wasn't so good...
Ryan shooting the Thompson M1. He liked this one too. He was really impressed at how little kick back there was. As far as details on the shooting and the guns you'll have to ask Ryan. I am not as informed as he is on guns and types and all that good stuff...
It was really fun though! One of those things that I think we'll be glad we did it, but probably won't go there again. Once was enough. We'll just go to the cheaper ranges to shoot legal weapons... well, I guess I should speak for myself. Ryan might have other ideas!

Vegas Day 2, Part 2
After Jumping we kicked it at the topless lazy river. Alison wasn't sure about it so I just went topless all day. That night we went and watched the Frank Caliendo Stand Up show. It was a very funny evening. I attached a video of one of his John Madden Routines later in this blog. He is a lot better live than his bust of a TV show.
Vegas Day 2, Part 1
This was the most Action packed day.
It started out with us going to Sin City Sky Diving.
Yup, after four years of Marriage Ali was ready to throw me out of an airplane. It almost worked. My chute did not open correctly because the strings got all twisted up. Luckily I have a hard head, at least harder than the desert ground.
Check out these sweet jump suits. We have video of Ali's jump coming soon. We are waiting for them to mail it to us. When we have it you will see it. Red jumped first. It was a lot of fun. Cant wait to go again.

We Went To Vegas for 3 days
Day 1: We went and saw Grandpa Winn. He talked about his time in the Navy. Not Sure why but his antecdotes were amusing. Every now and then he would ask me about my work and then say, "you need to take a bite out of crime!" He followed that saying with the McGruff Police Dog Bark. Odd, but fun none the less.
So as is typical with our trips to Vegas it is either freezing cold or blazing hot. Well, this time it was neither, it was only 110 degrees.
After visiting grandpa we cruised the strip and did some shopping. We were still a little tried having left CA at about 11 P.M. the night before.
Oh Yeah, living up to that whole Vegas philosophy, "What happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas" I had to sneak a photo out. Check out this Moose Knuckle. Yeah you think he dresses like this at home? All I can say, there is no Question this guy is an American. We make fun of the Euro males for wearing their Capris but really, there is never a reason to go out in public like this.

Hakuna Matata!
Ryan and I went with Grandma and Grandpa White to see The Lion King! It was so amazing! I was really impressed with the costuming and how they made the animals looks so real! If you have kids that like the Lion King, and aren't afraid of Scar, the bad lion, then you should definitely take them to this. They would LOVE it! However, if you've never seen The Lion King Disney movie, I'd recommend it before you see the musical. Sometimes it was confusing as to what was going on. All in all though, a super show to see! Loved it!
